How long does delivery take?
8–17 business days from order: 1–3 business days to pack, then 7–14 in transit. Every order has tracking.
How much is shipping?
Free on every US order.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We're starting with the US only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped. Email us within 12 hours of ordering.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Send us a photo within 30 days. We'll replace or refund it, and you keep the damaged one.
Is my payment secure?
Checkout is handled by Shopify, so we never see or store your card details.
The Mist Grooming Brush
Is this a steam brush?
No. It sprays a cool, room-temperature mist. Some sellers call it "steam", but nothing is heated.
Will it scare my cat?
Some cats notice the mist sound at first. Brush without mist for a session or two, then introduce short sprays with a treat. Most pets get used to it quickly.
Does it work on short-haired pets?
It works best on medium and long coats. On very short, smooth coats, loose hair doesn't cling as much.
Can I add essential oils or fragrance to the water?
Please don't. Use plain water only. Some oils aren't safe for cats.
How do I keep it clean?
Empty the tank after each use and let it air-dry with the cap open. If the mist hole clogs, clear it gently with a pin.
Does it pull hair?
Brush gently in the direction of the coat. If your pet has mats, work them out slowly rather than pulling through.
