Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost: Free on every order. Every order is tracked.

Processing time: Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive 8–17 business days after you order. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship from: Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in Asia, which is how we keep prices fair.

Import fees: Our prices include import duties. If you're ever asked to pay an import fee at delivery, email us and we'll refund it.

Lost or late parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after dispatch, email us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
