Refund policy

Damaged, faulty or wrong item: Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Email us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the item arrives back with us, we refund the item price in full.

How to ask: Email tuftandtidy.shop@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.

Refund timing: Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve them.

Mist Grooming Brush: It has a built-in rechargeable battery, so please don't post it back to us without contacting us first.

Cancellations: You can change or cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet. Email us within 12 hours of ordering.
